Positive: Good location, clean, quick response from owner when I contacted her about not having enough cook ware as we were staying 13 days. She quickly replaced the items we needed to cook our meals. Also the fans were not working and she had the maintenance people in right away to fix therm.

Negative: We were on the first floor and when there were people staying above us the noise from the chairs scrapping across the floor as they moved the chairs around was loud and annoying. I would recommend putting the rubber feet that you can get to put over the feet bottoms to cut down the scrapping noise.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a garage to put I car into at night.

Positive: The host was very helpful and helped to get into the accommodation. She answered all our questions immediately and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The pool at the patio is really nice. The sea is just one block away. The street is very calm. Overall, a very good choice for the money.

Negative: We totally enjoyed our stay, the following points are just minor things/improvements. There are barely any shops or restaurants in walking distance, so one has to use moto taxis (cheap) or have their own car. The kitchen is properly equipped for basic cooking but could use some additional kitchen ware to make full use of its size.

Summary: Great value for a spacious and comfortable apartment.

Negative: Poorly equipped kitchen. No table on balcony. Uncomfortable chairs on balcony. Soulless decor. Not enough towels. No beach/pool towels supplied. Nowhere to hang wet swimsuit or towels. No guide or information about location eg where to get supplies. Pool wasn’t private even though advertised as such.

Summary: Okay but could have been better.

Positive: Wonderful person greeted me and explained everything. Very secure place, beautiful accommodations and the pool was gorgeous. There was a large kitchen with everything you need to cook, large refrigerator. Great air conditioning and comfortable bedrooms. Fantastic shower!! Just a few steps from the beach, great location, quiet and safe. Able to catch local taxis easily. Very responsive host, very nice. English speaking. Highly recommended

Negative: Location was different than on booking map, but the host explained where to go. It was close to original location.

Summary: Gorgeous beach home just a few steps from beach, with a fantastic pool.

Positive: This was a luxury rental with great value. The convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful and the pool area is beautiful. The unit is very clean, comfortable and the rooms are large and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations and suggestions. We did an amazing day trip, fishing in morning, explored ruins and cenotes. It was one of our best stays!

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect.

Positive: The place is beautifully decorated, everything was brand new, very spacious, and immaculately clean, we had a wonderful relaxing 2 days enjoying the pool and the beach. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just a few steps away. The service was excellent, any question we had were answered immediately. We highly recommend this place and we hope to return in the near future.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like about this property.
